Due to continued growth, they are seeking a skilled CNC Turner, Lathe Setter Operator to join their established production team.Working with modern CNC machinery and industry-leading quality standards, this is a fantastic opportunity to further your engineering career within a supportive and forward-thinking business.The Role:Set and operate CNC lathes with Fanuc and Heidenhain controlsCarry out tool changes, offsets, and basic programme editsManufacture high-quality components to tight tolerancesWork from engineering drawings to produce first-offs and batch workMaintain high standards in line with AS9100 / ISO 13485 Shift Pattern:Early Shift:Mon -Thurs: 6:00am - 2:00pmFri: 6:00am - 12:30pmLate Shift:Mon -Wed: 2:00pm -12:30amThurs: 2:00pm -10:30pmFri: Day off Requirements:Proven experience as a CNC Turner / CNC Lathe OperatorExperience setting and operating CNC machinesAbility to read and work from engineering drawingsExperience working to tight tolerancesKnowledge of Fanuc or Heidenhain controlsDesirable:Apprentice trained or engineering qualificationExperience with multiple materials (metals / polymers)5-axis or mill-turn experienceBasic CNC programming Benefits:25 days holiday4-day week on late shiftEarly finish FridaysPaid ..... full job details .....
