CNC TURNER, SETTER / OPERATOR

Yorkshire Precision Engineering Ltd are a successful busy Sub Contract Engineering Company and-are looking for an experienced CNC Turner Setter Operator, offering excellent rates of pay to the right candidate.

Job Description

• Setting and Operating CNC Fixed head-Lathes (Miyano BNJ 42SY / Doosan Puma TT1800SY, Miyano BNE65MYY, Miyano BNJ 51SY)
• Working-to tight tolerances
• Producing high precision batch work-components anywhere from 50 off-to 2500 off.
• Setting and Operating-using Fanuc Controls
• Producing parts from various general engineering and exotic materials

Skills Required

• Setting and Operating CNC Fixed head-Lathes
• Experience using twin spindle lathes is an advantage
• (The ability to program is advantageous but not essential)
• Previous experience working within a high precision manufacturing environment.
• The ability to read and Interpret engineering drawings

200- hours holiday per year (23days)-+ Statutory holidays

Every 3 years service 10 hours holiday added.

4 Day Week

Working 40 hours per week Monday-Thursday 6:30am to 5:00pm-noon
