Cnc Turner Setter Operator

Trevella Jobs are recruiting experienced CNC Operators to join a busy precision engineering and manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with CNC turning experience who are looking to join a skilled production team manufacturing high-quality precision components. The Role Your responsibilities will include: Operating and setting CNC machinery, primarily CNC lathes. Carrying out basic operation of five-axis milling machines. Loading materials and monitoring machining processes. Making tool adjustments to maintain production quality. Inspecting finished components against engineering specifications. Reading engineering drawings and understanding basic G-code and M-code. Using precision measuring equipment, including micrometres, callipers and gauges. Working with inspection equipment such as CMMs and shadowgraphs. Completing routine equipment checks and maintaining a clean working environment. Working with engineers and production colleagues to resolve issues and minimise downtime. Following all health and safety procedures. What We''re Looking For The ideal candidate will have: Previous CNC operating experience, particularly with CNC lathes. Experience with Fanuc-controlled machinery, ideally Doosan, Haas, Okuma or similar. An understanding of engineering drawings and basic machine codes. Experience using precision measuring and inspection equipment. A strong eye for detail and a commitment to quality. A ..... full job details .....
