CNC Turner / Programmer / Setter Location: Orpington Salary: 17- 18 per hour, negotiable for exceptional experience Right Match Recruitment Group are proud to be partnering with a leading automation engineering company in Kent. We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Turner to join their team. The Role: You will be responsible for programming and setting parts on CNC turning centres and horizontal machining centres. You should be confident in reading and interpreting technical drawings, with a strong understanding of fixture design and workholding to ensure jobs are operator-friendly. Requirements:Proven experience as a CNC Turner, ideally time-servedFully conversant with CNC turning centres and horizontal machining centresStrong knowledge of materials, tooling, cutting speeds, and feedsAbility to work efficiently to close tolerancesHigh standard of quality and attention to detailThis is a hands-on role within a team where flexibility and a proactive approach are highly valued.
