In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, precision components ( bespoke engineering parts). The parts are large. You will be working primarily with Fanuc controls and must be fully capable of programming, setting, and operating 2-axis and multi-axis turning centers from engineering drawings. Key Responsibilities Program, set, and operate CNC Lathes equipped with Fanuc control systems. Work directly from technical engineering drawings to produce precise components to tight tolerances. -program-at the machine controls and create new programs for one-off/small-batch production. Perform full setups, including tooling selection, jaw changing, and datum setting. Inspect your own work using standard measuring equipment (micrometers, verniers, bore gauges) to ensure strict quality standards.
