They produce high-precision components to the exacting standards required by the aerospace industry, and are currently seeking an experienced CNC Turner Programmer to join their skilled engineering team.This is an excellent opportunity to work within a technically demanding environment on cutting-edge CNC turning machinery, contributing to the manufacture of aerospace-grade components.The RoleAs CNC Turner Programmer, you will be responsible for the programming, setting, and operating of CNC lathe machinery. You will work across two key platforms:FANUC Lathe - 2-Axis with Live Tooling Programming and operating a 2-axis FANUC CNC lathe equipped with live tooling capabilities. Writing and editing programs directly at the machine as required. Setting tooling, offsets, and work-holding to achieve precise component dimensions. Utilising live tooling to perform milling and drilling operations in a single set-up.Mazatrol 5-Axis Turning Centre Programming and operating a Mazatrol 5-axis turning centre for complex, multi-face machining.
