CNC Turner Programmer

CNC PROGRAMMER TURNER We are recruiting for an experienced CNC ( Programmer , Setter , Operator ) to work for our client who are located in Bradford, West Yorkshire. THE DUTIES OF A CNC PROGRAMMER: To safely set up, program and operate CNC Machines whilst adhering to all safety policies and procedures Ensure equipment/ machinery is running smoothly, efficiently and to optimum requirements Maintain a clean, neat and organised work area Good understanding of mechanical engineering and machining principles Compliance with all quality policies and specifications, and instructions Use of gauges and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements of finished goods Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCES and SKILLS OF A CNC PROGRAMMER: Fully trained in operation of CNC/ Manual Lathes/ Milling Machines and other Ability to read/ interpret engineering drawings. Online programming and editing essential (Fanuc, Siemens and XYZ controls) THE HOURS FOR A CNC PROGRAMMER: You will work a day shift - Monday-Friday 8am-4.30pm / Early finish on Fridays THE PAY FOR A CNC PROGRAMMER: You will earn an hourly rate of between 17/18 depending on experience Questech Recruitment is a specialist engineering support within the Mechanical and Engineering industry, our focus is to support many clients within the MandE Sectors.
