Key Responsibilities of the CNC Programmer Set, program and operate CNC turning machines. Manufacture precision components to tight tolerances, often within microns. Machine a range of exotic materials including Inconel, Titanium, Hastelloy, Duplex and other specialist alloys. Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. Select appropriate tooling, cutting speeds and feeds. Carry out in-process inspection using precision measuring equipment. Ensure all components meet required quality standards.
