You''ll take ownership of the machining process, from programming through to finished inspection, rather than simply operating existing programmes.Key responsibilities include:Programming, setting and operating CNC lathes.Creating and modifying programmes both online and offline.Using Edgecam for offline programming.Working with FANUC controls.Selecting tooling, workholding and cutting parameters.Proving out programmes and setting datums and offsets.Reading engineering drawings and machining complex components to tight tolerances.Carrying out first-off and in-process inspections.Troubleshooting machining issues and ensuring components are produced right first time.About YouYou''ll be a confident, self-sufficient CNC Turner with ..... full job details .....
