This position involves working for a busy subcontract machine shop, completing one-offs and small batch work for the Oil and Gas, M.O.D, Pharma, and Food industries.Main Responsibilities

Work from technical drawings to tight tolerances (10 microns).Produce high-quality precision components.Carry out first-off inspections.Maintain quality throughout the manufacturing process.Focus on process improvement.The Candidate

Time served or qualified through experience with strong CNC Turning skills.Confident with tooling, speeds, and feeds.Proactive with a problem-solving mindset.Ability to program on CNC Turning machines is required.CNC Milling experience is desirable but not essential.Additional Benefits:Monthly target bonus of £100 once target output is achieved, with an additional £100 per £10,000 of ..... full job details .....
