CNC Turner Programmer

Location: Dartford, Kent
Salary: Circa £20 per hour

Hours: 40 hrs per week, 8 am - 4.30 pm with 1/2 hr lunch and breaks
Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent

Benefits: 7 shut down days, 8 bank holidays & 15 days of leave on top

What you’ll do:

• Program, set, and operate CNC lathes with driven tooling
• Produce precision components to AS9100 standards
• Interpret engineering drawings and apply geometric tolerances
• Use a variety of measuring equipment for quality checks
• Create, load, and modify CNC programmes
• Perform in-process inspections
• Work independently or as part of a team
• Maintain a safety-conscious and organised approach

What you’ll bring:

• Proven CNC turning and programming experience
• Familiarity with MAPPS/CAPS (preferred but not essential)
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances
• Positive attitude, reliability, and punctuality
