We blend heritage craftsmanship with forward thinking processes and as our CNC Programmer Turner Setter, you will be proficient in programming, setting and operating CNC Turning machines. We are an Award-winning business, renowned for our luxury products Commutable from Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Dudley, Norton Canes, Aldridge, Stourbridge, Handsworth, Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, Moseley, Lichfield and Tyseley RESPONSIBILITIES for CNC TURNER Program, set, and operate CNC turning machines (Mazak, XYZ and Citizen Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately Competent with all aspects of setting tools and understanding cutting speeds, feeds, boring, drilling and threading Machine components to tight tolerances Perform tooling setups with a strong understanding of speeds and feeds Use precision measuring equipment (verniers, micrometers, bore gauges, etc.) REQUIREMENTS for CNC TURNER Significant experience in CNC ..... full job details .....
