CNC Turner / CNC Programmer Setter OperatorLocation: Witham, EssexSalary: 17.00 - 20.00 per hour, depending on experience + Overtime + BonusHours: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pmA successful subcontract precision engineering company is looking for an experienced CNC Turner / CNC Programmer Setter Operator to join their modern machine shop on a permanent basis.The company supplies high-quality precision-machined components to the Aerospace, Motorsport, Medical, Oil and Gas and Commercial Engineering sectors. This role would suit an experienced CNC Turner, CNC Lathe Programmer, CNC Setter, CNC Operator or CNC Machinist who can programme, set and operate CNC lathes and manufacture components to tight tolerances.The RoleAs a CNC Turner / CNC Programmer Setter Operator, you will programme, set and operate CNC lathes, prove out new programmes and optimise machining cycles while producing precision components to customer specifications.Key responsibilities include:Programme, set and operate CNC lathes and Doosan CNC Turning CentresProve out new CNC programmes and optimise machining cycle timesManufacture precision components from engineering drawingsProduce components to tight tolerances, including 20 micronsCarry out first-off and in-process inspectionEnsure components meet customer quality standards and specificationsMaintain a safe, organised and efficient machine shopEssential Skills and ExperiencePrevious experience as a CNC Turner, CNC Programmer, CNC Setter, CNC Operator or CNC ..... full job details .....
