The Role This is a hands-on, high-precision machining position. The successful candidate will be expected to work confidently and independently, taking full ownership of their components from initial set-up through to final inspection. You will be responsible for: Setting and programming your own CNC turning machines and components. Producing large, complex components to demanding tolerances. Carrying out your own pre-inspection and in-process checks. Working from engineering drawings and specifications. Selecting appropriate tooling, work-holding and machining strategies. Ensuring components meet the required dimensional and quality standards. Working safely and confidently with large and heavy components.
