Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 0600-14:00/14:00 – 22:00

We are seeking an experienced CNC Turner to join a highly skilled manufacturing team producing precision-engineered components for critical industries including Oil & Gas, Power, Defence, and Nuclear. Working within a modern machining facility, you will support low-volume, high-quality production using both CNC and manual machine tools.

The Role

As a CNC Turner you''ll be responsible for manufacturing precision parts and sub-assemblies to engineering drawings, ensuring quality, accuracy, and production targets are consistently achieved while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities of the CNC Turner

• Set, program and operate CNC turning machines.
• Manufacture components to engineering drawings and tight tolerances.
• Produce and modify tooling, jigs, fixtures, and moulds.
• Inspect and verify dimensions using precision measuring equipment.
• Record work activity using the ERP system.
• Support LEAN and continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 5 years as a CNC Turner - programming, setting and operating.
• Ability to read and work from ISO engineering drawings.
• Skilled in using micrometres, Vernier callipers, and precision measuring equipment.
• Basic IT skills and understanding of 5S principles.
