This is a hands-on position offering variety, responsibility, and the chance to develop your skills within a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Set up, programme, and operate CNC turning and milling machines. Produce precision components from technical drawings and specifications. Interpret CAD drawings and SolidWorks models accurately. Carry out quality inspections using standard measuring equipment. Select and set up tooling for a range of materials and applications. Troubleshoot machine issues and carry out basic machine maintenance. Support wider production activities, including plastics manufacturing processes when required. Maintain a safe, organised, and efficient working environment. Skills & Experience Required Previous experience as a CNC Turner / Miller in a manufacturing environment.
