CNC TURNER MAZAK PROGRAMMER - 60,000+ Salary: Up to 47,817,00 Contracted + 10/12h weekly overtime 1.5xSector: Precision EngineeringLocation: Bournemouth AreaFull Time: Monday - Friday - 40h a week + Overtime guaranteed.I am looking for a CNC Turner Mazak Programmer to join a well-established precision engineering company specialising in high-quality components for highly regulated industries such as Aerospace, Defence, Motorsport (F1), Naval and Precision Engineering. They work within a modern, well-equipped machine shop with advanced CNC Mazak lathes, producing components in varying batch sizes, from one-offs to medium and large-scale production.CNC Turner Mazak Programmer Duties: Programming, Setting, Changing off-sets and Operating CNC Lathes using Mazatrol/Mazak controls. Work with a wide range of materials, including aluminium, stainless steel, titanium, composites and exotic alloys. Produce components to tight tolerances for industries such as Aerospace, Defence, Motorsport F1, Naval and Precision Engineering. Optimise machining processes, adjusting speeds, feeds, and tooling for maximum efficiency. Interpret and work from engineering drawings, ensuring dimensional accuracy and surface finishes.
