The work is varied, the tolerances are tight, and the expectation is that you can hit the floor running. What You''ll Be Doing Programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines from scratch Working with Fanuc, Heidenhain, and/or Siemens control systems Selecting tooling, setting offsets, and proving out new programs Reading and interpreting engineering drawings to produce components to tight tolerances Carrying out inspection and applying quality standards throughout the process Contributing to continuous improvement on the shop floor The Environment A modern workshop with quality CNC milling machinery, including XYZ machines.
