CNC Turner (Mazatrol) – High-Precision Engineering | Excellent Pay + Shift Premiums

Are you an experienced CNC Turner looking to work with cutting-edge machinery in a modern, high-spec workshop?

We’re working with a highly respected precision engineering company that supplies complex components to advanced technology and scientific sectors. Due to continued growth, they’re looking to add a skilled CNC Turner to their team.

The Role
You’ll be programming, setting, and operating CNC lathes (including live tooling) to produce high-precision components across a range of materials.

This is a hands-on role where quality and accuracy are critical, working on technically interesting parts rather than repetitive batch work.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong CNC Turning experience (essential)
• Mazatrol programming experience (essential)
• Experience with live tooling (advantageous)
• Ability to machine metals and plastics to tight tolerances
• High attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
• Self-motivated with a professional, organised approach

• £16 – £22 per hour (DOE)

Shift Pattern (Double Days)

• Early Shift: 06:00 – 14:00 (Mon–Fri)
• Late Shift: 13:30 – 22:15 (Mon–Thurs), 13:30 – 18:00 (Fri)
