CNC TurnerEscape Recruitment are working with a well-established precision engineering manufacturer who are looking to add an experienced CNC Turner to their machine shop team on a permanent basis.This is a shift-based role working within a modern machining environment producing high-quality engineered components to fine tolerances. The business is looking for someone who can confidently set and operate CNC lathes, work from engineering drawings and maintain strong quality standards throughout production.The RoleSetting and operating CNC horizontal lathesWorking across multiple CNC machines within the machine shopEditing and adjusting FANUC programmesMachining precision engineered components to tight tolerancesWorking from engineering drawingsManufacturing components to delivery schedules whilst maintaining quality standardsSupporting and assisting with training of new staff where requiredWhat We Are Looking ForTime served CNC Turner / CNC MachinistExperience setting and operating CNC lathesFANUC editing experienceAbility to read and understand engineering drawingsExperience machining stainless steel and exotic materials would be advantageousComfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentGood attention to detail and quality standardsShift PatternRotating shifts:2 weeks Early Shift2 weeks Back ShiftEarly Shift: Monday to Thursday 06:00 - 14:15 Friday 06:00 - 11:10Back Shift: Monday to Thursday 14:15 - 23:45 Friday OFFSalary and Benefits 17.00 per hour20% shift ..... full job details .....
