The successful candidate will be responsible for setting, operating, and programming CNC lathes to produce precision components to tight tolerances.Key ResponsibilitiesSet and operate CNC turning machines (Fanuc or similar controls)Read and interpret engineering drawings and specificationsProgram CNC machines using G-code or conversational programmingPerform quality checks using micrometers, verniers, and gaugesMaintain machinery and adhere to safe working practicesWork to production schedules and meet deadlinesCollaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processesRequirementsProven experience as a CNC Turner in a precision engineering environmentAbility to read and understand technical drawingsStrong knowledge of machining principles and toolingExperience with Fanuc or similar CNC controlsExcellent attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamApprenticeship or relevant engineering ..... full job details .....
