Globetek -Precision has a requirement for a CNC Turner, Programmer, Setter, Operator - Fanuc-

For the successful CNC Turner, Programmer, Setter, Operator, we are offering:
Competitive Salary - -18.00 - -20.00 Per Hour, Plus Overtime & Benefits
Permanent position
Day shifts Monday - Friday, Early Finish on Fridays

28 days holiday + bank holidays

The Role - CNC Turner, Programmer, Setter, Operator

• Programming, Setting and operating existing products on CNC turning machining machines
• Setting of tools and fixtures, making required adjustments to offsets on all CNC turning machines.
• CNC Machining production batch work
• Set new fixtures and prove out programs for new products on CNC lathes-
• Look after the day to day maintenance of the CNC turning centres
• Keep work area and C.N.C clean, tidy and safe at all times
• Possibly using some CMM machines for measurements-
• Any other additional duties as requested

What we are looking for in a CNC Turner, Programmer, Setter, Operator;

• Experienced CNC Turner, Programmer, Setter
• Purely working with Fanuc CNC turning machines
• Experience of CNC lathes
• Experience of Fanuc programmes-
• Able to work using own initiative to set and operate all CNC machines-
• Good interpersonal skills
• Methodical approach to work
