CNC Turner

Contek Recruitment are currently working with a family-run subcontract CNC machining company, based in Perry Barr, Birmingham, who are currently looking for a CNC Turner to join their team.

We are looking for either a Setter/Operator, or a Programmer/Setter/Operator.

The company is a small, family-run firm who provide both CNC turning and CNC milling services to lots of different industries, including Aerospace, Medical, Motorsport, and Automotive. They have capacity to provide anything from one-offs and prototypes, to long production runs.

We are looking for a CNC Turner to join their team on a morning shift, on a full-time, permanent basis.-

You will be responsible for running a 2-axis CNC lathe, setting up jobs and changing tooling, adjusting speeds and feeds, and making edits/adjustments to programs.

Working Hours: Monday to Thurday (6am - 2pm) and Friday (6am - 1pm)
Pay: Anywhere from -16.00 to -18.50 per hour (Depending on experience)
Overtime: Anything after 40 hours is paid at time-and-a-half.
