Key Responsibilities As A CNC Turner

• Program, set, and operate CNC turning machines, with a focus on XYZ controls.
• Produce high-precision components, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to optimise production processes.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machinery.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of production activities.

Skills, Experience, and Education:

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors.
• Knowledge/Expertise: Proficient in operating CNC machines with XYZ, Mazak, and Fanuc controls; ideally with 4-5 years of experience.
• Innovation: Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and processes, ensuring continuous improvement in production efficiency.
