We operate 11 CNC lathes (Puma Lynx to Puma 700) and 2 CNC mill/turn machines, all using Fanuc controls. We are expanding and seeking a reliable, skilled CNC Machinist.Key ResponsibilitiesManufacture precision components to CAD drawingsSet, operate, and (ideally) program CNC lathesRun multiple machines during peak periodsInspect parts to maintain quality standardsMaintain tooling and program recordsSuggest improvements to machining methods and programsFollow health and safety proceduresRequirementsMinimum 2 years'' experience with CNC lathesApprentice trained (preferred)CAD/CAM experience (advantageous)What We OfferCompetitive pay (based on experience/ability)Company pension (after 3 months)Mileage subsidy25 days holiday + bank holidays (includes Xmas shutdown)PPE and uniform providedOnsite parking, free tea/coffeeCycle to work ..... full job details .....
