This role would suit a skilled CNC Turner or similar, with experience programming and setting CNC Lathes, who is confident interpreting engineering drawings, maintaining tight tolerances, and working to high quality standards within a precision engineering environment.

In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC Lathes, ensuring components are manufactured accurately and efficiently while maintaining excellent quality and health & safety standards across production.

The Role:

• Programming, setting, and operating CNC Turners and Lathes
• Working with XYZ Lathes using ProtoTRAK controls
• Interpreting engineering drawings and tolerances
• Manufacturing precision components for Aerospace, Rail, and Motorsport
• Maintaining high quality and health & safety standards
• Optional opportunity to develop CNC Milling skills
• Working Monday to Thursday, 06:45 - 17:00
• Overtime available paid at 1.4x

The Person:

• CNC Turner or similar background
• Apprenticeship trained or 3+ years machining experience
• Experience programming and setting CNC Lathes
• ProtoTRAK or Mazatrol experience advantageous
• Strong understanding of tooling, materials, and tolerances
• Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude
