Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced CNC Turner Programmer / Setter / Operator to join their machining team on a permanent day shift. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled CNC machinist with strong programming experience using Fanuc controls, looking to join a modern manufacturing environment offering long-term stability and career development. The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting and operating CNC turning machines to manufacture high-quality precision components to customer specifications. Key Responsibilities Program, set and operate CNC lathes using Fanuc controls. Create, edit and optimise CNC programmes to improve efficiency and cycle times. Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. First-off inspections and ensure parts meet quality standards. Select appropriate tooling and cutting parameters. Make machine and tooling offsets as required. Ensure a safe, clean and organised working environment. Candidate Requirements Essential Proven experience as a CNC Turner Programmer / Setter / Operator. Strong knowledge and experience of programming Fanuc-controlled machines.
