What You Will Do Build and assemble tooling from engineering drawings, setup sheets and BOMs.Preset tooling using Zoller pre-setters and verify tool length, diameter and offsets.Inspect tooling for wear, damage and runout using precision measuring equipment.Maintain standard tooling assemblies and tool identification systems.Manage tooling inventory in KARDEX-Shuttles, ordering, goods receipt and stock accuracy.Maintain tooling records in SAP/Exapt and update tooling databases.Modify tooling by grinding, milling or minor fitting where required.Support CNC operators during machine setup and first-off production.Troubleshoot tooling issues and recommend improvements to increase tool life and ..... full job details .....
