CNC technician/Machinist

We are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking CNC Technician/Machinist to join a dynamic engineering team working with cutting-edge technology. Key Responsibilities

• Set up, and operate CNC machinery for precision manufacturing whilst being given the opportunity to learn how to program
• Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Program using CAD/CAM 
• Perform micro milling and bonding processes to exacting standards
• Utilize Autodesk Inventor and other CAD/CAM tools to produce detailed component designs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical excellence
• Participate in customer sales meetings to provide technical insights and support

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in CNC machining, particularly using CAD CAM programming is essential 
• Strong understanding of CAD/CAM systems (including Inventor)
• Hands-on expertise in micro milling and bonding techniques
• Ability to write clear and comprehensive SOPs
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-facing mindset
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
