Hours: 40 hours per weekContract: PermanentNicholas Associates Engineering are recruiting on behalf of a leading UK manufacturing business for an experienced Team Leader to join their production operation.This is an excellent opportunity to join an established manufacturer operating within a high-volume engineering environment, where you will take responsibility for the day-to-day performance of a production area, leading a multi-skilled team and ensuring production, quality and safety targets are achieved.The RoleAs Team Leader, you will take ownership of your designated production area, providing effective leadership while supporting the smooth operation of CNC machinery, robotics and associated manufacturing processes.You will be responsible for driving productivity, maintaining quality standards and supporting continuous improvement across the area.Key ResponsibilitiesOrganise and control production staff to ensure targets and output requirements are achieved.Lead daily shift start-up meetings and communicate production priorities effectively.Support and develop a flexible, multi-skilled workforce.Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures, including risk assessments, COSHH and manual handling requirements.Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace organisation.Ensure quality procedures and ISO 9001 requirements are followed.Complete and maintain accurate production and ..... full job details .....
