As CNC Supervisor, you''ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the CNC department, providing technical support and guidance to CNC Operators, Setters and Machinists. Your responsibilities will include: Providing hands-on technical guidance with machine setting, tooling, workholding, inspection and machining processes. Supporting the team with machining, tooling, programming and equipment issues to minimise downtime and keep production moving. Ensuring components are produced accurately and meet engineering drawings, customer specifications and quality standards. Investigating quality issues and non-conformances, identifying root causes and putting effective corrective actions in place.
