Key Responsibilities Programming, setting and operating Sliding Head CNC lathes Machine setup including tooling, fixtures, guide bushes and offsets Editing and optimising CNC programs (G-code and/or CAM) Producing high precision components to tight tolerances First-off inspection and in-process quality checks Reading and interpreting engineering drawings including GDandT Troubleshooting machining issues and improving cycle efficiency Maintaining quality standards within ISO regulated environments Ensuring components meet dimensional and surface finish specifications Working with ..... full job details .....
