CNC Sliding Head Programmer / Setter / Operator

Role Purpose To take day-to-day responsibility for Fracino s three CNC sliding head lathes, producing precision components for our espresso machine range. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can independently programme, set and run CNC sliding head machines, while also supporting general machine shop and development work. Key Responsibilities Programme, set and operate three CNC sliding head lathes. Take jobs from engineering drawing through setting, prove-out and production. Carry out machine changeovers, tooling setup and programme adjustments. Inspect components and maintain required tolerances throughout production. Diagnose and resolve machining, tooling and programming issues. Monitor production across all three machines to maintain quality and minimise downtime and scrap.
