Based in Braintree, Essex, working a 37 hour week rotating early and late shifts. Early Shift Monday - Thursday: 06:00am - 14:00pm Friday: 06:00am - 13:30pm. Late Shift Monday - Thursday: 14:00pm - 22:00pm Friday: 13:30pm - 21:00pm. Successful candidate will be responsible for operating a number of CNC Sliding Head machines. Role will involve operating and setting several CNC sliding head lathes. Loading and running programs through prove out according to the tools list and works instructions. Producing a valid first-off component in-line with the component drawing and quality requirements. Loading and operating machines to meet desired quantities. Conducting in-process inspection, checking against drawings and specifications to ensure they are made accurately to the highest standards. Completion of all QA records. Following and in full compliance with all site H&S procedures.
