Your responsibilities will include setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines while ensuring high-quality standards are met. This role also provides an excellent opportunity for you to learn and operate additional manufacturing equipment, with full training provided!Key Responsibilities:Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce components to required specifications.Collaborate closely with the Production Supervisor to meet daily and weekly output targets.Conduct quality checks using measuring tools (micrometers, verniers, gauges) to ensure accuracy and consistency.Make minor program adjustments on the machine as needed (training available for deeper programming skills).Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety procedures.Record production data and report any machine issues, quality concerns, or potential improvements.Support continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing process.Assist with the setup and operation of other workshop machines, following training.
