CNC Setters, Operators, Programmers Various Roles Available Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Location: Commutable from: Poole, Bournemouth, Dorchester, Blandford Forum, Weymouth, Wareham, Dorset Post Code: BH16 6AA Pay: 14.50ph to 22.50ph depending on skills and experience Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Friday: 8:00am - 2:00pmStart Date: ASAP We are looking for an experienced CNC Turners (Setters / Operators) and CNC Programmers to join our team. Programming skills would be a strong advantage but are not essential. Key ResponsibilitiesSetting and operating CNC turning machines(Programmer Role) Proven experience programming CNC machines (essential)Working from engineering drawingsUsing Fanuc controls (offsets, tool setting, program editing)Editing programs (speeds/feeds) where requiredFollowing and updating work instruction sheetsTool changes (tips/cutters)Inspecting your own work before first-offMaintaining tight tolerances and quality standardsAdhering to ISO 9001 processesGeneral housekeeping (5S) and Health and Safety compliance RequirementsCNC turning and/or CNC Programming experienceStrong setting and operating experience (essential)Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented The role will suit individuals currently working as CNC Setter, CNC Turner, CNC Operator, CNC Programmer, Engineer and be living within a commutable distance of Poole, Bournemouth, Dorchester, Blandford Forum, Weymouth, Wareham, Dorset or be willing to relocate.
