Read engineering drawings Carry out first-off and final inspections to ensure parts meet specification. Operate multiple machines efficiently to meet production deadlines. Deburr and clean finished components ready for assembly. Rework or modify production parts when needed. Ensure all programmes are backed up daily. Keep work areas clean, organised and safe. Label tools and jigs correctly for easy identification. Suggest continuous improvement ideas to support lean manufacturing.
