An established aerospace manufacturer is looking for an experienced CNC Setter/Operator to join its production team. You''ll be responsible for setting and operating CNC and manual machinery, producing precision components to tight tolerances while maintaining high quality standards.

• Set and operate CNC and manual mills, lathes and grinders.
• Operate grinding machines including Wickman Scrivener, Ghiringhelli, Cincinnati or Tschudin.
• Carry out first-off and in-process inspection using precision measuring equipment.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Complete secondary operations including thread rolling, deburring, drilling and marking.
• Support production targets, quality standards and continuous improvement.

• Experience as a CNC Setter, CNC Operator or CNC Machinist.
• Able to work to tight tolerances.
• Confident using micrometers, gauges and other measuring equipment.
• Grinding experience is desirable, but training will be provided.
• Aerospace or precision engineering experience is advantageous.
