You''ll be responsible for setting and operating CNC and manual machinery, producing precision components to tight tolerances while maintaining high quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSet and operate CNC and manual mills, lathes and grinders.Operate grinding machines including Wickman Scrivener, Ghiringhelli, Cincinnati or Tschudin.Carry out first-off and in-process inspection using precision measuring equipment.Read and interpret engineering drawings.Complete secondary operations including thread rolling, deburring, drilling and marking.Support production targets, quality standards and continuous improvement.About YouExperience as a CNC Setter, CNC Operator or CNC Machinist.Able to work to tight tolerances.Confident using micrometers, gauges and other measuring equipment.Grinding experience is desirable, but training will be provided.Aerospace or precision engineering experience is advantageous.Benefits 30,000- 35,000 DOE4-day working week16 days holiday plus Bank HolidaysPens...
