CNC Setter/Operator

We are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Programmer/ Setter/Operator on behalf of our client based in Warwick (CV34). This is a fantastic opportunity to join a skilled team within a well established engineering environment.


Location: Warwick, CV34
Pay Rate: £20.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30am – 6:00pm

 
Key Responsibilities:

• Programming, setting and operating CNC machines to exact specifications
  
  
• Working to tight tolerances while maintaining high-quality standards
  
  
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings accurately
  
  
• Collaborating effectively within a small team environment
  
  
• Maintaining machinery and ensuring all work meets health and safety standards
  
  

Requirements:

• Experience programming, setting and operating CNC lathes and milling machines
  
  
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and geometric tolerances
  
  
• Ability to use precision measurement tools including micrometers, verniers and depth gauges
  
  
• Experience with HAAS machines is desirable but not essential
  
  
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality components
  
  
• Positive attitude with the ability to work well within a team
  
  
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
