CNC Setter/Operator Night Shift

Job Title: CNC Setter Operator (Night Shift) Location: Stroud Hours: Night Shift Salary: £37,895 + benefits Key Responsibilities of a CNC Setter Operator: Set and operate Mill-Turn CNC machines to produce high-precision components. Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure accurate machining. Conduct tool changes, offsets, and adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency. Perform first-off and in-process inspections using measuring equipment. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and quality standards. Key Skills and Experience: Previous experience as a CNC Setter Operator, with Mill-Turn machines. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
