The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and operating CNC machinery to produce precision-engineered components to exact specifications and strict quality standards. Key Responsibilities Set and operate CNC lathes and machining centres to meet production targets. Carry out machine changeovers and production runs in line with works orders and drawings. Modify existing CNC programmes and create new programmes when required. Manufacture components to strict tolerances and quality standards. Use measuring equipment to inspect finished components. Complete quality and production records accurately. Carry out daily machine checks and routine maintenance tasks. Maintain high housekeeping standards and follow 5S principles.
