Working within a modern, high-specification machining environment, you''ll produce precision-engineered components for some of the world''s most demanding industries, where quality, accuracy and innovation are paramount. The Role Operate and support advanced CNC machining centres producing high-precision components. Apply your expertise in 3, 4 and 5-axis CNC milling or CNC turning to maximise machine performance and program efficiency. Develop, modify and optimise CNC programs to improve productivity and quality. Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models and technical documentation. Provide technical support to operators and colleagues throughout the machining process. Identify opportunities to improve manufacturability and recommend drawing or process improvements. Ensure all CNC programs are fully tested and verified before production.
