CNC Setters - 2 Shift Rotation, working hours are 06:00-14:00 AM / 14:00-22:00 Rotating weekly. Reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor the CNC Setter will be responsible for setting or pre-setting of CNC and other manufacturing machines, No operating required! Understand company objectives and strive to meet or exceed the KPIs and metrics. Manage the production accurate, high-quality components Competently set CNC Milling, Turning or other production machines using various operating systems. Plan & specify tooling requirements, including jigs and fixtures, tool changes and amendments including offset adjustments and minor program changes to produce components within drawing tolerances/limits. Working with the Co-ordinator and engineer to ensure the machines are run efficiently with optimum cycle times.
