CNC Setters - 2 Shift Rotation, working hours are 06:00-14:00 AM / 14:00-22:00 Rotating weekly. Reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor the CNC Setter will be responsible for setting or pre-setting of CNC and other manufacturing machines, No operating required! Understand company objectives and strive to meet or exceed the KPIs and metrics. Manage the production accurate, high-quality components Competently set CNC Milling, Turning or other production machines using various operating systems. Plan and specify tooling requirements, including jigs and fixtures, tool changes and amendments including offset adjustments and minor program changes to produce components within drawing tolerances/limits. Working with the Co-ordinator and engineer to ensure the machines are run efficiently with optimum cycle times.
