This is an excellent opportunity to work within a busy workshop environment producing high-quality components for a range of industrial sectors. The Role As a Miller Setter Operator, you will be responsible for setting and operating milling machinery to manufacture components to precise engineering drawings and specifications. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring products are produced efficiently while maintaining high quality standards. Key Responsibilities Setting and operating CNC milling machines. Producing components to engineering drawings and tolerances. Conducting first-off and in-process quality inspections. Making tool and offset adjustments where required. Ensuring machines are running efficiently and safely. Maintaining a clean and organised working environment. Working closely with the production and quality teams to meet delivery targets. Candidate Requirements Essential Skills Previous experience as a Miller Setter Operator. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling.
