CNC Setter / Programmer Operator

Personnel Selection is seeking an experienced CNC Setter / Programmer who enjoys hands-on machining, solving practical problems and producing high-quality components This is a great opportunity to join a busy, well-established manufacturing team based at our client in Hampshire, working with Drill CNC mills, saws and manual machines. You''ll be joining a role where your machining knowledge, attention to detail and ability to keep production moving will be genuinely valued. THE ROLE: Set, programme and operate Robo Drill CNC mills, saws and manual machines. Set up tooling correctly so components are produced accurately to drawing dimensions and tolerances. Carry out efficient machine changeovers to help reduce downtime and keep production on track. Inspect and measure machined components using appropriate equipment. Use Renishaw probing/software and maintain tooling and programme information on Seiki system software. Troubleshoot machining, setting and programme issues, recommending improvements where needed.
