Pertemps Dudley are currently recruiting for 2 experienced CNC Operator/ Setter/Programmers to join a well established engineering business. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced CNC machinists with a strong background in milling, particularly those with experience using Fanuc and Heidenhain controls.The RoleYou will be responsible for operating, setting and programming CNC milling machinery, producing precision-engineered components to specification and maintaining high standards of quality throughout the machining process.Key ResponsibilitiesOperating, setting and programming CNC milling machinesWorking with Fanuc and Heidenhain controlsReading and interpreting engineering drawingsSetting tooling, offsets and machine parametersProducing components to tight tolerancesCarrying out quality checks using appropriate measuring equipmentMaking programme adjustments where requiredWorking to production schedules and deadlinesMaintaining a clean and safe working environmentAbout YouThe ideal candidate will have:Previous experience as a CNC Operator / Setter / ProgrammerStrong CNC milling experienceExperience with Fanuc and Heidenhain controlsAbility to read and interpret engineering drawingsExperience setting tooling, offsets and machine parametersGood understanding of precision engineering and tolerancesStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWhat''s on Offer?£15.50 - £20 per hour depending on experience8am - ..... full job details .....
