We''re recruiting strong CNC Setter/Operators (Turning and Milling) for a rapidly expanding subcontract aerospace precision engineering company. This is a hands-on role for experienced machinists who can confidently set and run jobs to tight tolerances using Mazak (Mazatrol) or Fanuc controls. Programming experience is a bonus, but not essential. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC lathes or Mills to produce precision components to engineering drawings/specifications Set tooling, offsets, and workholding; prove out and run jobs efficiently Make in-process adjustments to maintain tolerance and surface finish requirements Complete first-off, in-process and final inspection checks using measuring equipment Identify and troubleshoot tooling/machining issues and escalate where needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working area Essential Experience / Skills Proven experience as a CNC Setter/Operator (Turning and/or Milling) in a precision manufacturing environment Strong working knowledge of Mazak (Mazatrol) and/or Fanuc cont...
