The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines, ensuring precision and quality in the fabrication of components. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Location: Havant, Hampshire Hours: 37.5 per week (alternating weekly shifts: Early 6am-2pm / Late 2pm-10pm) Contract: Temp to Perm Key Responsibilities: Promote a safety-first culture by identifying and resolving hazards. Follow instructions and escalate issues promptly. Participate in daily Tier 1 meetings to support SQCDP improvements. Record output and update MRP systems. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace. Share knowledge, support colleagues, and contribute to training. Uphold quality standards and drive continuous improvement. Ideal Candidate: Experienced in CNC machine setting (milling and turning). Proficient in reading engineering drawings and using measuring tools.
